Breakfast With The Arts:
2006/10/01 - Smokey Robinson / Kevin Costner
Everclear, Smokey Robinson , Nuttin But Stringz

EVERCLEAR: They had a string of hit albums from the mid-90's on, and now Everclear has just released their first studio effort in three years. Welcome To The Drama Club marks a fresh start in more ways than one. The first single "Hater," may very well be the ultimate break-up song: "I don't want to be with a hater like you anymore." Here to perform acoustic versions off their new album is Everclear.

It was a pretty good interview/set almost 30 minutes devoted to Everclear. All the songs were performed with Art on a twelve string acoustic, Brett playing a small kit and everyone else playing their normal set up. They played Hater, then Art was interviewed about Hater (the song in general, the video, Hater Jesus, O'Reilly) they went to commercial, they played Glorious, Art was interviewed about general stuff (the creating the album, his personal life, his new outlook on life), and last they played Drama King, the host promoted the new album and it was over.

Man, I got up at 8 just so I could see this and it ended up being in the second hour (when I happened to have a meeting). They ever show reruns of this show?

That would be great if you got it online. I would really like to see this.

Alright, sorry this took so long. I was pretty busy today. Here is a link http://jclawnservices.googlepages.com/everclear to the webpage that holds the .torrent file. I plan on putting up some mp3's of the 3 performances and the interview individually. If I put the video up on youtube or somewhere else it won't be up until tomorrow.

Thanks a lot for your efforts.

I can only download a little over 1mb of each file though before the download cuts out and stops :? . Any idea why this might happen? Are others having the same problem?
I have given up on the sparkle that I saw in you.
