Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana is pretty easy. Manson's version of Sweet Dreams is easy. Everclear's Father of Mine is easy as well.

crazy train-ozzy O
same old song and dance-Asmith
dream on
mama kin
blind man
alot of aerosmith songs are
the doors- roadhouse blues love me two times
Janis J- move over
billy idol- white wedding
the rolling stones-satisfaction
alot of nirvana songs
jonny lang- breakin' me
RHCP
I tried thinking of songs that may keep you interested Ive noticed when i start playing things nobody knows they are like, "what's that? HEY! why don't you play---" usually people can pick up these songs-because the rhythm is easy
I would suggest you listen to seasons of wither by Aerosmith and try to figure it out rather than find it on the internet (watching someone play it would be better than getting it off the internet, especially this song). Just try to do trial an error and see what sounds the best or right, but at least try and figure this one out or part of it. if you don't have these songs give me a message and i'll give you good sites and some more good songs if you want.
