I just saw that too. I'm glad that not only is he doing okay, but he made no mention of stopping.

I have to wonder if this will be his last album and this was a way to soften the blow for the news.

I expect at least one more Everclear album.

I hope you're right. I'd rather go into a new Everclear album knowing it's going to be the last instead of just being left with BITNB. If it doesn't work out that way, I'm okay with Sun Songs being the last one. It's almost like the end game of Art's career to me, considering it's like he's been trying to do a solo album since the Colorfinger days (if not earlier?).

Clearly Everclear is more important to him. He has had a long time to do this. And he could turn solo songs into Everclear songs like The Man Who Broke His Own Heart. I want something big for the last one if he has anything left.Josh Santo wrote: ↑Sat Mar 30, 2019 5:00 pmI hope you're right. Something big, what would that be?worldofnoise wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2019 11:29 amClearly Everclear is more important to him. He has had a long time to do this. Oh my gosh, wow. That's a lot. I'm so proud of Art for pushing through this challenge. It's bad, for sure, but could be so much worse. He's lucky. I will always support him.
I have made it through bruised and scarred and half alive.
