This version of So Much For The Afterglow was a DVD-Audio disc released in 2005. The album featured all new remixes of the songs in order to take advantage of the multi-channel audio capabilities and sound quality the DVD-Audio format offered. DVD-Audio is a format no longer used by the music industry, making this unique version of the album out of print.
The disc featured had the album playable in the following formats:
DTS-ES 6.1 Discrete Surround
5.1 Surround
PCM 2.0 Stereo
It also contained the music video for Everything To Everyone and Father Of Mine as well as offering on screen lyrics and photo gallery.
The download contains both the PCM 2.0 Stereo and DTS-ES 6.1 Discrete Surround audio recordings from the So Much For The Afterglow DVD-Audio disc, the stream is the stereo version.
